    MOBILE APPLICATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

     

    1. General

    The following terms and conditions apply to all activities and events signed up by the member (hereinafter referred to as” you”) with the Hong Leong Group Sports & Recreation Club, hereinafter referred to as “HLGSRC”, “us” or “we”, at the website or mobile application (jointly referred to as “myHLGSRC”).

    By using myHLGSRC and/or signing up for an activity or event, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the “Terms”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before proceeding.

    Only persons of legal age, 18 years or older, who are not under guardianship, and are members of HLGSRC as confirmed by their company within the Hong Leong Group, with a physical address in Singapore can sign up for an activity or event.

    The terms might be amended from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on myHLGSRC at the time you sign up.

    HLGSRC wants to provide the best possible online experience. You understand and agree not to (i) post, transmit, redistribute, upload, or promote any communications or content that could harm or negatively impact our Club, activities, events, products or services; (ii) act in a manner or employ any device that restricts, impairs, interferes or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the www.hlgsrc.org.sg site, or which impacts the security of the site, or (iii) employ any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, script or other device or mechanism (including without limitation spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the site, or to copy content from the site. We reserve the right to immediately bar access to the site and close the account of any user who violates this provision or any other provision in these terms and conditions.

     

    1. Price

    The prices displayed in myHLGSRC include any subsidies given by HLGSRC, and any prevailing GST charges, if applicable, in Singapore.

     

    1. Ordering / Conclusion of Contract

    The ordering option available to you is via myHLGSRC Mobile Application as a booking for an activity or event. Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. HLGSRC will fulfill the order in accordance with the email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such an order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount via PayNow, cash or cheque. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary we will notify you and ask you to contact the HLGSRC Coordinator who will settle the refund.

     

    1. Refunds

    You will receive any refunds via PayNow, cash or cheque.

     

    1. Payment methods

    You can pay for your bookings, products and/or services as set out below:

    3. Cheque made payable to “Hong Leong Group Sports & Recreation Club”

     

    1. Our Liability

    Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit HLGSRC’s liability with regard to any matter for which it would be unlawful for us to limit or exclude our liability.

    HLGSRC accepts liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our employees and agents. We do not seek to exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us or our employees or agents. If we breach these Terms, we shall only be liable for losses which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of such breach.

    HLGSRC is not responsible for indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity; or for failure to deliver the goods or to meet any of our other obligations under these Terms where such failure is due to an event that is beyond our reasonable control, which includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activity.

     

    1. Ownership of Rights

    All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights at the Hong Leong Group Sports & Recreation Club and its member companies. Any use of myHLSRC or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of HLGSRC.
